SELF HEALING

In today's toxic world, diseases are quite common in all households.  Diseases cover physical and psychological both.  In case of any ailment our next thought is to go and visit the doctor, pay hefty fees and consume tons of medicines which at times results in side effects in our internal systems.  Agreed that during an acute stage, one has no other alternative other than to seek medical help but I presume there are ways and methods to keep away from conceiving ailments, if practiced on a regular basis.  It is only the mind which controls your body.  The mind has to be nourished everyday with good and positive thoughts / affirmations about its body.  The foremost thing to practice is "SELF LOVE".  This means the mind should love its own body and always bless it with positive affirmation such as "I am young & energetic", I love myself, all my internal systems are perfectly performing, I am a hard & smart worker and my body always supports my performances.  One should speak all positive in mind about its own body system.  The best time to practice this is 5-10 mints in the morning (as soon as you get up from sleep) and once again before going to bed.  If such thoughts are cultivated continuously for 21 days at a stretch, the body will show incredible improvement.  It's energy level will shoot up, it will build resistance power to combat any disease, your appearance and looks will be charming, the body will loose weight (if obsessed) and you will feel lighter.
Self healing through self affirmations are being practiced all over the world.  Just believe  good about yourself and that shall happen.
THOUGHTS HAVE POWER, USE THE SAME POSITIVELY TO BENEFIT YOUR OWN LIFE.
