MY LIFE EXPERIENCE - 5

OWNERSHIP

It is usually seen that in the crime, law & order scenarios, whenever a verdict is awarded punishment by the court of law, most of the prisoners say that they had committed the offence unknowingly or while committing heinous acts they were in abnormal state of mind.  When these person returns to their natural state of mind (senses) then they regret for their acts and repent upon their action but by the time it is too late and they are awarded suitably by the court of law.
It usually occurs with each individual in day to day life, if not crime but usually people escalate to negative thoughts several times a day.  This happens as a reaction to other peoples unfair action towards us. Since it happens several times a day, hence an individual who thinks mentally negative either to safeguard himself or for the purpose of causing harm to others is slowly and slowly day after day developing a habit of creating negative thoughts in his mind. His patterns of thinking changes. When these nature of thoughts are repeated continuously the paradigm of the individual changes.  It is very well evident that nature around us offers or returns exactly that  we offer.  So in this case, if we give the nature negative feelings and thoughts towards others in the form of thoughts then the nature shall also return the same to us multi fold. And then we complain that why such things are happening with us.  So basically one should take the OWNERSHIP of his own thoughts and actions.  In conscious state ( while awake) a person shouldn't allow to save negative thoughts and feelings into his mind.  Negatives will come from around, but it the decision of the mind whether to retain those thoughts or to discard those.  Discarding of negative thoughts are more essential than developing positive thoughts.  Once when an individual takes ownership of his thoughts automatically the mind shall produce good thoughts and actions thereby leading to a more fun-filled, abundant and healthy life.
